We are based in Portlaoise and offer both in-person therapy and online therapy, allowing you to participate from anywhere. Our services include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and individual therapy tailored to your needs.

We work from a pluralistic approach, recognizing that there is no “one-size-fits-all” way of doing therapy. We believe that individual therapy, including effective methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), should be shaped around your unique needs, goals, and preferences. Collaboration is at the heart of our work—together, we explore what feels most helpful for you.

Our practice draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), humanistic methods such as Person-Centred Therapy and Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, as well as psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives. By integrating these approaches, we offer flexible and supportive online therapy tailored specifically to you.
